Annual Giving

Rochelle Zell Jewish High School’s Annual Campaign provides an opportunity for our community of current parents, former parents, alumni, grandparents, faculty, and friends to make a valuable contribution. Annual Campaign funds provide much-needed tuition assistance, as well as direct support for the day-to-day operations of the school. The Annual Appeal is a critical component of our overall fundraising efforts. As in most private schools, tuition alone does not cover the total expense of educating students. The ongoing generosity of our supporters helps bridge the gap between tuition and the operating budget and ensures the continued excellence of our school’s students, faculty, educational program, and state-of-the-art facility.

Cash Gifts, Check, or Credit Card - Your check, made payable to Rochelle Zell Jewish High School, may be mailed to: 1095 Lake Cook Road, Deerfield, IL 60015.
Stock Gifts - You can deduct the full market value of appreciated stock donated to Rochelle Zell and avoid capital gains taxes.
Recurring Gifts - Recurring gifts can be set up with a credit card or electronic funds transfer.

Endowment

This effort is to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the school and to maintain affordable tuition, enabling Rochelle Zell to remain competitive and deliver a superb college preparatory education. Legacy/Planned Giving

One way to ensure future financial security for Rochelle Zell is through legacy gifts and bequests to our endowment. A legacy gift (specified through estate planning) enables an individual to leave a bequest in the future without tapping or committing current assets.

Senior Class Israel Trip Endowment Fund

In memory of Shelly Moss, RZJHS has established an endowment for our annual senior class trip to Israel. Our goal is to ensure that every student who wants to participate in the trip can do so, regardless of financial circumstance.
