Ellen Grindel earned a General Administrative Certificate at National Louis University and her Guidance Certification at Loyola University. Ms. Grindel served as a special education teacher at both Deerfield and Highland Park High Schools. In addition, she was Dean of Students at Deerfield High School and a Guidance Counselor at Highland Park High School.
