Academics That Challenge and Inspire
At Rochelle Zell Jewish High School, academics are designed to prepare students for success in college and for meaningful lives beyond it. Our college preparatory program combines rigorous General Studies with a rich Jewish Studies curriculum, helping students think critically, ask thoughtful questions, and engage with the world through the lens of Jewish values.

Integrated Learning
Learning extends across disciplines. Jewish Studies is thoughtfully integrated with the sciences, humanities, and arts, creating opportunities for students to make connections and deepen understanding. From analyzing Talmud to exploring literature, conducting scientific inquiry, or creating original work, students develop the skills to think deeply and critically.

Jewish Learning for Every Student
General Studies classes are taken with grade level peers, while Jewish Studies courses are designed to meet students where they are. Whether students come from a Jewish day school background or a public school setting, Torah and Talmud learning is accessible, engaging, and relevant.

Faculty Who Know Their Students
Our distinguished faculty are experts in their fields and partners in each student’s growth. Teachers know students as individuals and help them build the confidence, curiosity, and self advocacy skills to thrive in college and beyond.
