The Isidor and Rose Wagner Institute for Leadership Development on April 21 and 22
JTS, in partnership with Chicagoland Jewish High School, presents an incredible opportunity to study with some of JTS’s world-class faculty in the Chicago area on Sunday and Monday, April 21 and 22. Participating faculty include Chancellor Arnold Eisen, who will give the keynote address; Dr. Robert Harris, associate professor of Bible; Rabbi David Hoffman, assistant professor of Talmud and Rabbinics and scholar-in-residence, Development; Dr. Marjorie Lehman, associate professor of Talmud and Rabbinics; Rabbi Daniel Nevins, Pearl Resnick Dean of The Rabbinical School and dean of the Division of Religious Leadership; and Dr. Shuly Rubin Schwartz, Irving Lehrman Research Associate Professor of American Jewish History and Walter and Sarah Schlesinger Dean of Graduate and Undergraduate Studies.
Sunday, April 21, 2013—Check-in begins at 1 p.m.
The first learning session will begin at 1:30 p.m.
Dinner—with keynote address by JTS Chancellor Eisen—will begin at 6 p.m.
The program will conclude for the day at 7:30 p.m.
Monday, April 22, 2013—The program will begin at 8:00 a.m., and conclude after lunch.
Through the generosity of Nathan Wagner and Ruth Braver (z”l) and the Wagner family, fees for this program are only $72 per participant. Special rate for JTS and CJHS alumni under 30 for Sunday only is $18. This includes all texts and program meals: snacks and dinner on Sunday and breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Monday.
